The Reusable Autogenous bone scraper is designed for efficient cortical bone scraping and simultaneous bone particle collection during oral surgery, implant procedures, and bone augmentation cases.
Its sharp circular stainless steel blade allows clinicians to harvest autogenous bone with controlled scraping movements. The transparent collection chamber makes it easy to observe the amount and condition of the harvested bone throughout the procedure.
The lightweight plastic handle provides comfortable handling, while the reusable blade design helps reduce instrument replacement costs.
Product Features
-
Durable Stainless Steel Blade
The cutting blade is manufactured from strong stainless steel for reliable cutting performance and repeated clinical use. -
Rotatable Circular Blade
The circular blade can be rotated to expose a fresh cutting area when the current section becomes less sharp.
The blade provides four usable cutting positions:
Rotate the blade by 90° each time
Up to four blade positions can be used
A 1.2 mm hex driver is required to loosen and reposition the blade
This design helps make full use of the blade and extends its working life. -
Transparent Bone Collection Chamber
The clear collection chamber allows the clinician to:
Monitor the amount of bone particles collected
Observe the condition of the harvested bone
Check the collection process without opening the instrument
Reduce the risk of losing harvested bone particles -
Reusable Design
The bone harvester can generally be reused approximately 5–8 times, depending on blade condition, surgical use, cleaning, and sterilization procedures.
Inspect the blade and instrument carefully before every procedure. Discontinue use if the blade becomes damaged, deformed, loose, or insufficiently sharp. -
Lightweight Handle
The lightweight plastic handle is designed for comfortable grip and controlled scraping during bone harvesting.
The instrument can be cleaned and sterilized before reuse according to the recommended sterilization protocol.
